Forum on "Streamlining Development Control Measures to Enhance Cost-effectiveness in Construction"

The Hong Kong Real Estate Developers Association, in collaboration with Business and Professionals Alliance for Hong Kong and Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong, co-hosted the forum "Streamlining Development Control Measures to Enhance Cost-effectiveness in Construction" on 7 January 2025 at Wanchai InnoCell.

The forum was officiated by Mr. Lam Chi-man, JP, Under Secretary for Development, and brought together representatives from the government, business sector, academia, and various professional associations. Participants engaged in discussions on improving land approval standards, streamlining development processes, and enhancing efficiency.
